Yes! Most of our donut beds have removable, machine-washable covers. Check the care label or the product description for specific washing instructions.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.99 for all orders within the United States.

Our handling time is 1–3 business days, and transit time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Q8. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in Jamaica, New York, USA.

Q9. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Q10. What’s your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed donut beds within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Q12. What if my bed arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@slykuj.com with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund after verification.Q13. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q14. How should I clean and maintain the bed?
Remove the cover (if applicable) and machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on low. For full beds without covers, use a large washer and dryer and reshape after drying.

Q15. Can the bed be used outdoors?
Our donut beds are designed primarily for indoor use. However, they can be used outdoors in dry, shaded areas — just avoid direct sunlight or wet ground to preserve fabric quality.
